Q: Where can I find information on Lunch Duty Scheduling? 
A: ​You should have received an email detailing instructions, process, and scheduling. If you have not received this information for any reason, or ​if you have ​additional questions beyond ​what was distributed you may reach out to Jaimee Hynes. 

Q: Who should I contact if I'd like to volunteer for a Home and School sponsored event? 
A: Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Rebecca Kasper, for more information on how you may volunteer with the HSA. 

Q: How will I know if I am able to be an active volunteer based on requirements for clearances? 
A: All instructions for completing volunteer clearances may be found on the St. Ignatius Church website under Safe Environment. You may access that here: http://www.stignatius.church/safe.html. You can also find a summary of all required clearances on our HSA Forms and Links Page, entitled "Instructions Sheet for Obtaining Clearances."

Q: Where can I find registration for Home and School sponsored events? 
A: You will find several ways to access ​registration links for HSA sponsored events: through Crusader Chronicle weekly emails, through HSA Weekly update emails, ​and on the HS Forms and Links page on this website. 

Q: Where can I find the calendar events/dates for Home and School sponsored events? 
A: You will see ​our full calendar of HSA events on the main HSA page entitled Home and School Mission and Calendar

Q: If I submit a payment via Paypal/cash/check for a Home and School sponsored event, am I considered registered? 
A: Submitting a payment through the above methods without ​completing a registration ​form will not alert our ​HSA Board members and event chairs of your participation. Registration is a ​2-step process, the first of which is completing an active registration form; once your registration is complete, you should proceed to payment. Please ​be aware that if you skip step 1 and only complete step 2, your registration is considered incomplete. If ​you have completed registration through our registration form, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration - if you have not received a registration confirmation, your registration is incomplete. 

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions about registering for an event?
A: If you have questions on the above process or if you are unsure if you ​have ​successfully registered for an event, you should contact our Event ​Management Chair, Andrea Rozo. Please note - please do not contact the school office for confirmation of registration, or for requests to be registered for HSA events, as these events are not coordinated by school administration.
